But it’s not all work and no play for her. A foodie at heart, Brooke loves exploring new cuisines, often found dining out with friends and enjoying the myriad of flavours the world has to offer. When she’s dreaming of a getaway, Italy holds a special place in her heart for its rich culture and delicious cuisine. However, for that ultimate escape, she pictures the serene beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Maldives.
